Counseling by Grace, LLC

Who She Works With & Her Approach

Gracie works primarily with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, identity, relationship patterns, and major life transitions. Her approach is integrative and individualized, with an emphasis on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface rather than fitting people into a single therapeutic framework. Her work draws from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, CBT, Jungian psychology, and psychedelic-assisted and integration work. She especially enjoys working with curious, introspective people who want to understand longstanding patterns, explore themselves more deeply, or have found that traditional approaches to therapy haven’t quite reached what they’re looking for.

Her coaching approach blends embodiment, nervous system awareness, deep self-inquiry, and practical strategy. Who She Works With & Her Approach

Alexie works primarily with women (trans women are women) and non-binary individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, Autism/AuDHD, divorce, narcissistic abuse recovery, PTSD and complex PTSD, and religious trauma. ROBBI ALEXANDER

Panda Hearts, LLC

Who He Works With & His Approach

Robbi works with people who feel disconnected, uncertain, or curious about exploring their intuition, energy, and spiritual lives more deeply. Through energy work, Tarot and Oracle readings, meditation, and other intuitive practices, he helps people become more aware of their own energy, recognize patterns that may be affecting them, and explore ways of creating greater balance and alignment in their lives.

His approach is grounded in the belief that intuition isn’t reserved for a select few. Rather than positioning himself as someone who holds answers that others don’t, Robbi sees his role as a guide—helping people learn to recognize, trust, and work with their own intuitive abilities. His work combines Tarot and Oracle cards with energetic and intuitive practices, sometimes incorporating these tools into Energy Alignment sessions to offer additional insight and direction.

Robbi’s own path to this work grew from experiences with trauma, religious questioning, major life transitions, and a medical emergency that significantly changed the way he experienced spirituality and intuition. Those experiences shaped his belief that spiritual exploration can be deeply personal and that there is no single path or practitioner that is right for everyone. Through Panda Hearts, he creates a welcoming space for people to explore their spirituality with curiosity, develop a stronger relationship with their own intuition, and find practices that genuinely resonate with them.

What Services He Offers:

KATT TOWNSEND, LCSW, TIYT

Flip Flow Wellness, LLC

Who She Works With & Her Approach

Katt works with adults navigating anxiety, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism and control, disconnection from emotions, relationship difficulties, shame, and a persistent sense of not being “enough.” Her work is especially attuned to the ways early relationships and experiences shape how we learn to feel safe, connected, and at home within ourselves.

Her approach centers on attachment, inner-child work, and the nervous system. Katt helps clients meet their inner worlds with curiosity, compassion, and patience while developing a greater sense of safety, trust, belonging, and connection. Rather than working only with thoughts or behaviors, she incorporates the body into the therapeutic process, helping clients notice and understand the patterns their nervous systems have learned over time.

Katt’s work is informed by Attachment Theory, Somatic Psychology, Polyvagal Theory, and human development, and she is clinically trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma-informed yoga teacher, she brings together psychological and body-based approaches to support deeper, whole-person work.

At Kismet, Katt sees individual therapy clients both in person and virtually and facilitates Soma & Spice and Soma Lab, experiential offerings that bring somatic practice beyond the therapy room and into community. Through movement, body awareness, nervous-system exploration, and shared experience, these offerings create additional ways to become curious about the body, deepen connection with yourself, and practice what it feels like to inhabit your life more fully.

What Services She Offers:

  • Individual Psychotherapy — In Person & Virtual

  • Soma & Spice — Somatic Community Experience

  • Soma Lab — Experiential Somatic Practice

SUE WEBB

Webb Wellness & Sana Meditation

Who She Works With & Her Approach

Sue works with people seeking greater steadiness, connection, and ease through yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound, and nervous-system-informed practices. With more than 25 years of personal yoga and meditation practice, her approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change often comes through simple, consistent practices that help us reconnect with ourselves.

Her teaching blends mindful movement, meditation, breath awareness, gentle somatic practices, and sound to support the whole person—body, mind, and nervous system. Rather than emphasizing performance or getting a practice “right,” Sue creates welcoming, trauma-informed spaces where people can slow down, notice what they need, and explore practices that feel supportive and accessible to them.

Sue is a Licensed TIYT Clinical Facilitator through the Sundara Foundation and holds extensive training in yoga, mindfulness meditation, trauma-informed yoga, nervous-system regulation, clinical somatics, pranayama, and sound practices. Her work is informed by both her professional training and her lived experience navigating the demands, transitions, and changing seasons of a full life as a mother of four.

At Kismet, Sue offers Not Yoga Yoga and Focus & Calm: Mindfulness Hour, along with immersive sound experiences through Sana Meditation. What Services She Offers:

HOPE CHOVAN

Healing Hope Hypnotherapy

Who She Works With & Her Approach

Hope works with people who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping them feeling stuck. As a certified clinical hypnotherapist and life coach, she combines subconscious exploration with grounded coaching to help people better understand themselves, shift longstanding patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that people already carry meaningful inner resources for growth and change. Through hypnotherapy and coaching, Hope helps clients explore the beliefs and emotional patterns operating beneath the surface while developing a deeper connection to themselves and the lives they want to create.

Hope also incorporates sound and meditative experiences into her broader wellness work. At Kismet, she facilitates immersive sound baths designed to create space for rest, reflection, and nervous-system settling, offering another way to step out of the noise of everyday life and turn attention inward. Whether through hypnotherapy, coaching, or sound, Hope’s work centers around creating intentional space to pause, listen, and reconnect.

What Other Services She Offers:

CLARY CHAPMAN

Who She Works With & Her Approach

Clary is a yoga teacher who trained in Rishikesh, India, where she deepened her own practice and explored yoga as a way of slowing down, connecting with the body, and returning to the present moment.

Her teaching centers on breath, mindful movement, nervous-system awareness, and curiosity over perfection. Rather than focusing on how a pose looks or getting it “right,” Clary invites students to notice what’s happening within their own bodies and approach movement with openness and attention.

At Kismet, Clary offers approachable yoga practices designed to create space to move, breathe, and reconnect. Her classes welcome both newer and experienced practitioners and encourage each person to meet themselves where they are—without pressure to perform or push beyond what feels supportive.

What Services She Offers:

MELISSA BALDWIN, MS

Returning 2. Center

Who She Works With & Her Approach

Melissa works with people who may look steady on the outside but feel anxious, depleted, reactive, or disconnected on the inside. Her clients are often midlife adults, parents, caregivers, and professionals who have already done meaningful personal work—they understand their patterns and may have spent years in therapy—but still find that insight alone hasn’t changed how their bodies respond to stress, relationships, and the demands of everyday life.

Her work blends somatic coaching, functional breathwork, nervous-system education, mindfulness, and gentle movement to help people build greater capacity to stay present when life gets difficult. Rather than trying to eliminate uncomfortable emotions or stress, Melissa helps clients become more aware of what their bodies are communicating, recognize old survival patterns with compassion, and develop practical ways to respond with greater choice, clarity, and self-trust.

Melissa holds a Master of Science in Counseling and is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Instructor, with advanced training through The Embody Lab in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Mind-Body Coaching, and Somatic Stress Release. Her approach is also deeply informed by lived experience. After years working in mental health and justice reform, burnout and her own trauma recovery led her to experience firsthand the difference between intellectually understanding her patterns and developing the embodied capacity to move through them.

At Kismet, Melissa teaches Somatics & Stress on Thursdays at 10:30 AM, a weekly practice focused on understanding and working with the body’s response to stress. Through somatic awareness, breath, gentle movement, and nervous-system practices, the class offers practical ways to notice what’s happening within the body, work with stress as it arises, and build greater capacity for regulation and recovery.
